Description

“ This rich and opulent vintage remains well-balanced and harmonious. The tannins are tight, delicately wrapped in a tasty fleshiness. The colour is deep and dense with a dark, almost-black core whilst the rim boasts a brilliant purple hue. The nose reveals rich aromas of ripe fruits, candied cherry, plum and mocha. The palate opens up with a smooth and harmonious attack before gaining power on the mid-palate. The finish is long and spicy with a touch of liquorice and a taut edge that ensures freshness and balance. The persistent finish is a sign of the wine’s exceptional potential for bottle ageing. ”
