This shows all the characters you expect from great Riesling – lemon, lime, apple, honey, white peach and spring flowers. Time in the bottle age has given subtle, toasty aromas while the palate is bright, crisp and elegant with just a touch of sweetness to provide balance. Vineyards and viticulture

This is a single vineyard wine produced from a single pick from our Waihopai block in Marlborough’s Southern Valleys. The decision to harvest is made when the fresher green apple flavours balance with citrus and the riper stonefruit characters. 11.5%abv
