Description

Acacia honeyed nose with fresh mineral-edged palate with flavours of juicy peach and apricot. Delicious.

85% Marsanne 15% Roussanne

Their history has been passed down for 5 generations. Domaine des Entrefaux was founded in 1979 with Charles TARDY. He was joined in the 90s by his son François, who is today accompanied by his wife Anne.

In the following years, they developed tillage and organic cultivation.

The quality of the terroirs is highlighted by the application of the principles of organic farming, certified since 2013, to which practices from biodynamics are added.

The philosophy of the estate continues in the cellar, working as naturally as possible.
